Age 89, passed away on May 12, 2022 at Ira Davenport Hospital in Bath, NY. He graduated from Trumansburg High School with the class of 2008 and then continued his education at Colorado State University-Pueblo and Southern Maine Community College. Joyce was born on September 18, 1936 to the late Pete and Clara Clark. He served as treasurer for the Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce, and was on the Tri-County Housing Board and the Watkins Glen Public Library Board.
